I have seen this lecture before in my art education classes. I think that creativity is extremely important, not just in the art room, where it has it's obvious applications, but in other classes and in life as well. Children are now losing their abilities to be creative, as they sit on their couches, and watch tv and video games. Creativity is an important skill that needs to be fostered in our children and students.
